Dear Parent/Carer

I would like to make parents aware that there have been, over a period of time, a number of reports of inappropriate conversations taking place where individuals are voicing their perceptions on events in the school.

I would like to reiterate that the playground is not the appropriate venue for airing such issues. This can lead to others overhearing conversations or comments and, not having the full facts, leading to misinterpretation.

If there are any concerns, these need to be voiced in an acceptable manner. Approach the school, if it relates to the school, or approach the parent if it relates to a parent.

Dear Parents/Carers

At the present time, due to a number of barriers, we do not have a current PTA. This will mean that the staff will take on the role of managing all fundraising in Stuart Road. We would welcome support from parents who still wish to fundraise for the benefit of the children.

Tomorrow's mufti will go ahead as planned but we do not require any donations. Unfortunately, we will have to cancel the Christmas Fayre but we will be looking to put a number of events on instead of the fayre, starting with a chocolate tombola on the afternoon of Thursday 30th November.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the committee members who have worked tirelessly over the years. The school would like to thank them for the high level of professionalism and integrity that they have demonstrated at all times. This ensured the SRFA went through one of it's most successful periods since I joined the school.
