Schools can request mobile data increases for children who are eligible. If you don’t have internet access at home, or need additional data to complete home learning please contact the School Office.
We are a fairly small school and have a strong focus on a community approach to everything we do. We strive for academic excellence whilst ensuring that every child feels safe and secure and is supported to do the best they can. We are proud to encourage children to think about what they might do today if they knew they would not fail.
The school has a very active Parent Council, who work hard for the benefit of the children. They are always looking for parents to become involved, so if you are interested please do check their page.
Please enjoy looking at our website and sharing in the life of the school. We aim to provide all the useful information here so if you feel there is something missing, please do let us know.
We at Stuart Road Primary Academy take our Safeguarding responsibilities very seriously. This means that we have ensured that everyone working in the school has successfully completed the necessary clearances to enable them to work with pupils. It also means that we have staff members who are specifically trained in Child Protection procedures. We have a wide range of policies which ensure that we are in line with current safeguarding practices.
Part of our legal duty to safeguard learners may also include the need to consult with and take advice from other agencies such as the Police, or Social Services, should the need arise.
By working closely with everyone concerned, we firmly believe that we will continue to offer a safe learning environment for all our learners.
